Stock information: For exchange requests, the available molds and sizes of the design you requested will be shown. If the product you requested is out of stock, you may choose a different design or wait for the stock to be updated.

Description: Products for which an exchange or return request has been made must reach our address within 1 week at the latest. Otherwise, the request will be deemed invalid.
